This mentoring programme is made up of 10, hour-long sessions, designed to help you develop a mindset that supports the manifestation of your goals and desires. The programme aims to help you identify limiting beliefs, overcome negative thought patterns, and develop a positive and abundant mindset.

The programme will begin with an assessment of your current mindset and goals. I'll then work with you over your sessions to identify any limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns that may be preventing you from manifesting your desired outcomes.

The 60-minute intensive coaching sessions will focus on developing positive affirmations, visualisation techniques, and other manifestation strategies to help you shift your mindset and focus on your desired outcomes. I'll also provide 1:1 support and guidance to help you stay motivated and on track with your goals throughout your time on the programme also.

You'll learn how to cultivate a sense of gratitude and abundance, which is a key component of a manifestation mindset, you'll also learn how to let go of negative emotions and beliefs that may be holding you back from reaching everything you want in life.
